| An oasis for walkers, cyclists and other outdoor enthusiasts, New Ing Lodge is a friendly accommodation option which benefits from a superb location.

Situated within the Cumbrian village of Shap, the property is easily accessed from the M6 and A6 and is on the edge of the Lake District National Park. New Ing Lodge is also situated directly on Wainwrights coast to coast route.

Guest rooms offered for bed and breakfast stays are located on the first and second floors. One single, two doubles and two twin rooms are available in addition to a triple room and family room, representing a flexible array of accommodation options for guests.

Each room is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and all the local information required to make the most from the area during any length of stay.
|
|
Tariff starts from £25 per person night for a single, twin or triple room, and £27.50 per person per night for a double room En suite rooms are available from £32.50 per person per night.

Prices include a full English breakfast, made from local produce and served each morning between 7.30am and 9.00am. Packed lunches can be supplied too, on request, and home made evening meals are additionally available.

In addition to the guest rooms, bed and breakfast accommodation is also offered within two dorm rooms, which sleep 6 and 8 people. A single dorm bed without breakfast costs £14 per person per night, £2 extra with bedding and a further £6 for the full breakfasting options.

Discounts are available for groups staying more than two nights. Dorm room guests can access a small kitchen with two-ring hob, kettle and microwave as well as all utensils and a sink. Camping on site is also possible for £4 per person per night, £6 including the use of indoor facilities.
